- Define and implement the Boutique's commercial action plan to maximize sales and achieve KPI targets.
- Identify and leverage new business opportunities to expand the client base and enhance brand presence.
- Conduct regular analysis of boutique and team performance to refine action plans.
- Ensure exceptional client experiences to foster brand advocacy.
- Monitor local market trends and competition to inform strategic actions.
- Cultivate relationships with Printemps personal shopping management to optimize sales.
- Develop and execute a dedicated plan for high-value transactions and client recruitment.
- Lead the team by setting targets, managing performance, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Support and coach team members, identifying training needs and development opportunities.
- Organize team schedules efficiently to meet business demands.
- Conduct recruitment interviews and source talent to ensure business continuity.
- Ensure adherence to Boucheron's retail excellence guidelines and provide exemplary customer service.
- Engage in proactive CRM to drive client acquisition and retention.
- Oversee boutique operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and store maintenance.
- Optimize store operations to minimize costs and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Coordinate VIP and special requests with the retail buying office.
- Collaborate with the Europe operations team and other store directors for seamless management.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a luxury retail environment with high-end transactions.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in store or team management.
- Fluent proficiency in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset.
- Dynamic, agile, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mentality with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for client satisfaction and team development.
A minimum of 8 to 10 years in luxury retail, with significant experience in high-end transactions and at least 3 to 5 years in a management role.
