- Define and implement the boutique's commercial action plan to maximize sales and achieve KPI targets.
- Identify and leverage new business opportunities to build a strong client base and enhance brand presence.
- Conduct regular performance analysis to refine action plans and ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Maintain awareness of local market trends and competition to suggest strategic actions.
- Foster relationships with Printemps personal shopping management to maximize sales.
- Develop and execute a dedicated plan for high-value transactions and client recruitment.
- Lead and inspire the team to create a positive, results-oriented work environment.
- Set and manage collective and individual targets, ensuring performance goals are met.
- Support and coach team members, identifying training needs and development plans.
- Organize efficient team planning aligned with business needs.
- Conduct recruitment interviews and source talent for business continuity.
- Ensure retail excellence by leading by example and adhering to Boucheron guidelines.
- Engage in proactive CRM to drive client acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Oversee boutique animation, including visual displays, stock replenishment, and maintenance.
- Optimize store operations to minimize costs and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Manage seasonal orders, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Coordinate VIP and special requests with the retail buying office.
- Collaborate with the Europe operations team and other France store directors for smooth management.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a luxury retail environment with high-end transactions.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a store or team management position.
- Fluent proficiency in French and English, with additional languages preferred.
- Strong commercial drive and results-oriented mindset.
- Dynamic, agile, and flexible to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
