1. Oversee general administrative tasks within the store, including back-office security and safety.
2. Assist with inventory management and support all related inventory activities.
3. Prepare daily sales reports, traffic reports, and manage invoices and store documentation.
4. Communicate with the finance team regarding cash management, payment requests, corporate tax filings, and purchasing tasks.
5. Manage product repairs, including approval of estimates, lead time updates, and issuance of invoices for returned repaired products, ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Oversee store maintenance management.
7. Manage employee attendance records and system updates.
8. Administer security tools.
9. Handle ordering of store stationery and packaging materials.
10. Manage store uniforms.
11. Coordinate with external service providers such as florists, cleaning staff, and security guards.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales support/management within a foreign retail company, preferably in the luxury industry.
2. Experience in retail store support and operations preferred.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. Experience with ERP and SAP programs.
5. Accounting certification is an advantage.
6. Customer-oriented with strong coordination skills, a team player, and reliable.
