Boucheron Store Administrator

- Oversee general administrative tasks within the store, including back-office security and safety.
- Assist with inventory management and support all related inventory activities.
- Prepare daily sales reports, traffic reports, and manage invoices and store documentation.
- Communicate with the finance team regarding cash management, payment requests, corporate tax filings, and purchasing tasks.
- Manage product repairs, including approval of estimates, lead time updates, and issuance of invoices for returned repaired products, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee store maintenance management.
- Manage employee attendance records and system updates.
- Administer security tools.
- Handle ordering of store stationery and packaging materials.
- Manage store uniforms.
- Coordinate with external service providers such as florists, cleaning staff, and security guards.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales support/management within a foreign retail company, preferably in the luxury industry.
- Experience in retail store support and operations preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with ERP and SAP programs.
- Accounting certification is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented with strong coordination skills, a team player, and reliable.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

At least 2 years of experience in sales support or management within the retail industry, preferably in a luxury setting.
