Boucheron Senior Sales Associate
Boucheron, established in 1858 by Frédéric Boucheron, is a prestigious French High Jewelry Maison renowned for its innovative designs and timeless elegance. As part of the Kering group, Boucheron continues to set benchmarks in Jewelry, High Jewelry, and Watchmaking, maintaining a legacy of excellence and creativity at its iconic boutique on Place Vendôme.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall goals.
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist team members in the sales process and perform back-office and administrative duties as needed.
- Recruit new clients through networking and participation in internal and external events.
- Adhere to Boucheron's policies and procedures, embodying the brand's values and ethical principles.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Boucheron's history and creations to enhance client interactions.
- Ensure the boutique's appearance and jewelry presentation align with brand standards.
- Contribute to team spirit by participating in meetings, events, and collaborative tasks.
- Manage stock responsibly and maintain an organized and tidy safe.
- Conduct and contribute to morning briefs to facilitate effective communication.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Significant experience in a similar sales role within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability in business development, particularly in recruiting VIP clients.
- Experience in a luxury service role with direct customer interaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

Strong previous experience in a similar role within the luxury sector, with a focus on client-facing interactions.
