Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall targets.
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio.
- Assist team members in the sales process and perform back-office tasks.
- Recruit new clients by attending events and networking.
- Apply Boucheron policies and procedures, including retail excellence and service standards.
- Maintain personal appearance and boutique presentation according to guidelines.
- Contribute to team spirit and participate in team meetings and events.
- Perform administrative duties and stock management.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Strong previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in a luxury service role with face-to-face customer contact
Skills
- Business development skills for recruiting VIP clients
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Ability to initiate contact and communication
Experience Requirements
Strong previous experience in a similar role, particularly in luxury service with face-to-face customer contact.
