1. Provide legal guidance and support to various departments within the Maison, including Commercial, Marketing, Communication, Operations, IT, CRM, and Store Design Planning.
2. Draft, analyze, and negotiate a wide range of contracts in both French and English, including commercial agreements, supply and logistics contracts, IT agreements, marketing and communication contracts, and real estate leases.
3. Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters.
4. Conduct legal research, draft memos, and provide training to operational teams.
5. Develop and implement contract templates and processes.
6. Maintain and update departmental tracking tools.

1. Master's degree in Business Law or equivalent.
2. Over 8 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department within an international setting.

1. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
3. Autonomous and versatile with a solution-oriented mindset.
4. Excellent understanding of business issues and proactive in providing solutions.
5. Curious, proactive, and able to educate others.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in an international cultural context with multiple stakeholders.
7. Proficient in IT tools.

Over 8 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department within an international environment.

Master's degree in Business Law or equivalent.
