- Ensure the seamless opening and operation of new boutiques in alignment with Boucheron standards.
- Lead retail campaigns and manage core boutique operations.
- Regularly visit boutiques to provide feedback and conduct performance reviews for boutique staff.
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve commercial targets, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Administer sales processes and manage overall turnover to optimize boutique productivity and profitability.
- Provide sales forecasts for new product launches and analyze sales results to offer qualitative feedback.
- Monitor and analyze competitors' sales performance and promotional activities.
- Maintain and develop relationships with landlords through brand events and product launch animations.
- Enhance boutique service quality and develop effective CRM events.
- Manage customer claims and develop new customer databases through joint events and promotions.
- Provide market intelligence and support negotiations with landlords on business opportunities.
- Manage and motivate store teams to ensure job satisfaction and team cohesion.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury product and industry.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales management.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Excellent understanding of the selling process and customer behavior.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills for evaluating sales data and market trends.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
A minimum of 7 years in sales management, preferably within the luxury retail sector, with a proven track record of achieving commercial targets and managing boutique operations.
