1. Provide exceptional, personalized service to clients at every stage of the buying journey.
2. Present and explain product features and craftsmanship in accordance with brand standards.
3. Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and clienteling.
4. Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty.
5. Reconcile daily sales and inventory records accurately and promptly.
6. Adhere strictly to company procedures for merchandise management and stock control.
7. Safeguard merchandise to prevent theft and other losses; follow loss-prevention protocols.
8. Undertake additional tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned by store leadership.

1. Minimum two years' experience in retail sales; experience with luxury or premium brands preferred.
2. High school diploma or vocational secondary qualification (or equivalent).
3. Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, for sales and inventory reporting.
4. Conversational spoken English for everyday client communication.
5. Meticulous attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy for daily reconciliations.
6. Proven sales ability with a consultative, client-focused approach.
7. Mature, approachable demeanour; emotionally stable, responsible and collaborative.
8. Positive, energetic attitude and strong team orientation.
