- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service throughout the client journey and act as an ambassador for the maison.
- Manage daily store operations efficiently and adhere strictly to company sales procedures and brand standards.
- Set and execute action plans to achieve store sales targets and KPIs; contribute directly to revenue generation.
- Present and promote product and collection information to clients, advising on styles, characteristics and trends.
- Maintain market awareness and share insights on local customer behaviour and competitive activity.
