1. Act as a brand ambassador, understanding company goals and achieving individual sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional and unique brand experiences at all touchpoints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
3. Master daily boutique operations and proactively propose improvements.
4. Perform sales and customer service duties, including operations, client management, and customer service reception.
5. Achieve performance in sales KPIs, including an annual sales target of over 80 million yen.
6. Execute sales independently and provide excellent customer experiences within the boutique.
7. Implement and personalize the Boucheron selling ceremony.
8. Propose and execute upselling and cross-selling strategies.
9. Sell products with a unit price of over 2 million yen.
10. Handle simple customer complaints and negotiations.
11. Respond to basic customer discount requests.
12. Maintain connections with clients and prospects, utilizing PCRM tools like DCC and MyCat.
13. Understand store guidelines and processes, including tax refunds, shipping, hand-carry, cash payments, and security.
14. Proficiently use retail-related IT tools such as CEGID, M3, and apps.
15. Analyze personal performance and create action plans for further growth.

1. Possession of jewelry-related qualifications such as GIA G.G. or Jewelry Coordinator is advantageous.
