- Implement and respect internal visual merchandising guidelines, including flowers and music.
- Comply with Boucheron's safety regulations and security procedures.
- Maintain and enhance the overall appearance of the boutique.
- Perform administrative tasks as necessary.
- Exemplify teamwork and actively participate in boutique activities and operations.
- Engage in visual merchandising, stock tasks, or other non-commercial missions as required.
- Participate in or lead morning briefings based on discussed topics.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role or luxury service role with direct client contact.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes and a demanding environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
