- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to boutique targets.
- Recruit, develop, and retain clientele.
- Contribute to client portfolio and network contacts.
- Attend events to recruit new clients.
- Create ideas for new Maison events and networking opportunities.
- Assist team members in the sales process.
- Participate in back-office, visual merchandising, and administrative tasks.
- Inform management of new leads and sales opportunities.
- Network to build new contacts.
- Use entertainment budget to introduce new clients and grow existing contacts.
- Leverage business introducers, referrals, and B2B contacts.
- Stay informed about competition and cultural events.
- Follow Boucheron policies and procedures.
- Maintain boutique appearance and jewelry presentation.
- Participate in team meetings and boutique events.
- Contribute to stock management and safety.
- Fluent in English; additional language is an asset.
- Strong experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a luxury service role with face-to-face customer contact.
- Adaptability to frequent change and high-pressure environments.
- Ability to initiate contact and communication.
- Team player with a common goal.
- Business development skills for recruiting VIP clients.
- Knowledgeable about cultural and social scenes in London and worldwide.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to use social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and WeChat.
- Competence in using online platforms like Teams, Skype, and communication tools like WhatsApp.
Strong previous experience in a similar role and in luxury service with face-to-face customer contact.
