1. Provide a warm and professional welcome to both French and international clientele, ensuring a service level befitting a luxury palace.
2. Serve beverages to clients with discretion and respect.
3. Manage client wait times in the boutique and provide information as needed.
4. Conduct boutique tours and presentations.
5. Assist sales associates during product presentations, adapting to client needs and requests.
6. Package items, prepare gift wrapping, and issue certificates.
7. Contribute to the boutique's setup and maintenance, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
8. Handle orders and restocking of promotional materials and beverages.
9. Implement and adhere to safety protocols within the boutique.
10. Collaborate closely with Back Office and After-Sales Service teams.
11. Capture photographs of pieces in compliance with brand guidelines.
12. Support visual merchandising activities within the boutique.

1. Act as an ambassador of the brand and its values.
2. Demonstrated passion for fashion and the luxury industry.
3. Proven interpersonal skills.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
2. Excellent presentation and service orientation.

Experience in luxury retail or customer service is preferred.
