1. Provide a warm and discreet welcome to both French and international clientele, ensuring a service level akin to a palace.
2. Manage client expectations and inquiries while they wait in the boutique.
3. Serve beverages and conduct boutique tours.
4. Assist sales associates during product presentations by being attentive to client and sales associate needs.
5. Adapt to various client requests and assist with packaging, gift wrapping, and certification of purchases.
6. Contribute to the boutique's setup and ensure its maintenance according to brand guidelines.
7. Order and replenish point-of-sale materials and beverages.
8. Implement safety protocols within the boutique.
9. Collaborate closely with Back Office and After-Sales Service teams.
10. Photograph pieces in accordance with brand guidelines.

3. Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
