1. Provide a warm and high-standard welcome to both French and international clients.
2. Greet clients with discretion, kindness, and respect.
3. Manage client wait times in the boutique and provide information.
4. Serve beverages to clients.
5. Present the Boutique tour.
6. Assist sales staff during product presentations.
7. Observe and attentively listen to client and salesperson requests.
8. Adapt to each client's request.
9. Package items, create gift wraps, and prepare certificates.
10. Participate in the setup and maintenance of the boutique.
11. Ensure the boutique is perfectly maintained according to the brand's guidelines.
12. Order and restock promotional materials and beverages.
13. Learn and implement security rules within the boutique.
14. Collaborate closely with Back Office and Customer Service teams.
15. Photograph pieces in accordance with brand guidelines.
