Boucheron Retail Training Manager

Maison Boucheron is a Parisian haute-joaillerie house known for its inventive designs, artisanal craftsmanship and historic boutique on Place Vendôme. The maison combines deep heritage with an international retail network, cultivating refined client experiences across Jewelry, High Jewelry and Watchmaking.

1. Design, localize and deliver induction, product-knowledge and selling-skills training for boutique teams and external partners across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
2. Provide ongoing in-store coaching and post-training follow-up to drive sales performance, clienteling and service excellence informed by KPIs and Mystery Shopper feedback.
3. Develop and adapt training content (presentations, toolkits, e-learning modules) integrating brand storytelling and heritage.
4. Support commercial activations, new store openings and seasonal product launches with tailored learning interventions and on-site coaching.
5. Coordinate regional learning projects, manage training records, vendor relationships and assist with e-learning platform adoption and localization.
6. Contribute to the annual training calendar, measure training effectiveness through KPIs and prepare reports for regional and commercial stakeholders.

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in training, coaching or retail excellence roles within luxury retail; Watch & Jewelry experience preferred (candidates with less experience may be considered for Retail Training Supervisor).
2. Proven experience delivering both classroom training and field coaching with measurable impact on commercial and service KPIs.
3. University degree in Business, Education or a related discipline.
4. Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Coaching, facilitation or learning & development certifications are a plus.

At least 5 years in L&D, training or retail coaching within the luxury sector, with demonstrable success in both classroom delivery and in-field boutique coaching; experience in Watches & Jewelry strongly preferred. Candidates with fewer years may be considered for a supervisory-level role.

University degree in Business, Education or a related field; professional certifications in coaching or facilitation preferred.
