1. Lead retail audit programs by overseeing boutique audit campaigns, ensuring execution, monitoring performance indicators, and providing operational recommendations to headquarters and market teams.
2. Manage in-store experience projects and digital tools by supervising development, deployment, and optimization of digital tools for retail teams, collaborating with IT for seamless implementation.
3. Serve as the primary contact for international markets, collaborating with regional teams to gather insights, consolidate feedback, and ensure alignment and successful deployment of Retail Operations initiatives.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments such as Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Security, IT, and Training to ensure optimal project execution.
5. Monitor retail trends and competition by conducting regular research to identify emerging best practices, innovations, and competitive strategies, translating observations into actionable recommendations.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International Relations, or equivalent.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, retail operations, or customer experience, ideally in a premium or luxury environment.
3. Proficiency in French and English; additional language skills are advantageous.

2. Proficiency with digital tools and environments, with a curiosity for AI-based solutions and integrating new technologies into retail operations.
3. Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing multiple stakeholders.
4. Excellent communication skills and ease in collaborating with individuals from diverse cultures and regions.
5. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with digital retail tools is a significant asset.
