1. Design and implement IT tools for data collection, processing, and display related to quality metrics, including KPIs, dashboards, and automated reporting tools.
2. Analyze current priority management and workload planning processes in collaboration with various departments such as logistics, supply chain, sales administration, and IT.
3. Develop a workload planning model to anticipate activity peaks and optimize resource allocation.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline quality processes.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in engineering or a related field with a specialization in quality management, production, supply chain, or data BI.
2. Strong interest in jewelry, exceptional craftsmanship, and operational excellence.

1. Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Power BI or planning tools is a plus.
4. Fluent in French and English.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in quality management or data analysis are beneficial.
