1. Conduct comprehensive quality control of jewelry and high jewelry pieces, identifying defects.
2. Communicate effectively with suppliers and manage returns of non-compliant pieces.
3. Oversee the digital management of product flows, documentation, and archiving.
4. Travel occasionally to supplier sites for product inspections.
5. Manage stock repairs, including preparation of shipments and control of returns.
6. Handle metal warranty processes, including hallmarking and legal testing.
7. Contribute to the development of quality procedures and validation of new products.
8. Participate in central stock activities such as inventories.

1. Technical knowledge in jewelry craftsmanship.
2. Ability to perform meticulous tasks requiring concentration and precision.
3. Manual dexterity and keen visual acuity.
4. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel) and ideally experience with an ERP system.
6. Minimum education of Bac+2 or equivalent.
7. Understanding of English is advantageous.
8. Over 3 years of experience in a similar role.
