1. Oversee the quality of the workplace environment by managing cleaning service providers and organizing quality controls.
2. Handle tenders and ensure compliance with waste sorting and valorization solutions.
3. Manage reception services and oversee coffee, water, and plant management.
4. Supervise mail and stationery flows and uphold the architectural concept across all sites.
5. Conduct environmental reporting and draft operational procedures.
6. Implement and manage the Facility Management software, including service provider configuration and occupant awareness.
7. Coordinate and oversee office space reorganization projects, including BREEM certification and Tertiary Decree projects.
8. Manage the automotive fleet, including vehicle procurement and policy compliance.
9. Monitor partner billing, maintain engagement tables, and prepare financial statements.
10. Supervise a part-time assistant.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2/3) with experience in hospitality management, logistics, or workplace environment.
2. Commitment to maintaining a premium level of service quality.
3. Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
4. Technical and operational knowledge related to headquarters, ERP, logistics centers, and boutiques.
5. Proactive and curious with the ability to propose solutions.
6. Versatile, meticulous, and team-oriented.
7. Comfortable managing unforeseen challenges inherent to the role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT aptitude.
2. Fluency in French; English proficiency is an advantage.
3. Valid driver's license (Category B).

A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality management, logistics, or workplace environment management is required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2/3).
