Boucheron Occupant Services Manager

- Oversee the quality of the workplace environment by managing cleaning service providers and organizing quality controls.
- Handle tenders and ensure compliance with waste sorting and valorization solutions.
- Manage reception services and oversee coffee, water, and plant management.
- Supervise mail and stationery flows and uphold the architectural concept across all sites.
- Conduct environmental reporting and draft operational procedures.
- Implement and manage the Facility Management software, including service provider configuration and occupant awareness.
- Coordinate and oversee office space reorganization projects, including BREEM certification and Tertiary Decree projects.
- Manage the automotive fleet, including vehicle procurement and policy compliance.
- Monitor partner billing, maintain engagement tables, and prepare financial statements.
- Supervise a part-time assistant.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2/3) with experience in hospitality management, logistics, or workplace environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a premium level of service quality.
- Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Technical and operational knowledge related to headquarters, ERP, logistics centers, and boutiques.
- Proactive and curious with the ability to propose solutions.
- Versatile, meticulous, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable managing unforeseen challenges inherent to the role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT aptitude.
- Fluency in French; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality management, logistics, or workplace environment management is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2/3).
