- Assist in developing yearly brand plans for all markets under the guidance of the Marketing & Communication Manager.
- Implement brand plans and guide retail partners in their execution, adhering to approved strategies and budgets.
- Manage the brand calendar for each market and attend brand-facing meetings, capturing notes and leading follow-ups.
- Maintain day-to-day relationships with the PR agency, acting as a key operational contact.
- Coordinate press and influencer activities, including seeding, gifting, and sample loans for photoshoots and events.
- Deliver small to medium-scale events and support large-scale events, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Report on product trends, insights, and competitive activities across various platforms.
- Provide administrative support and assist in preparing project briefs and post-campaign reports.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing communication or business, with a recognized degree.
- Previous experience in event management, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and Arabic is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the luxury environment and Middle Eastern culture.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Open-minded with a positive attitude and adaptability.
2-3 years in marketing communication or business, with a focus on event management in the luxury sector.
Recognized degree in marketing communication or business.
