Boucheron Marketing and Communication Assistant Intern

- Serve as the primary liaison for press agencies, journalists, and stylists, managing requests for photoshoots, interviews, visuals, and lookbooks.
- Contribute to the organization of press events, including new collection presentations and press dinners.
- Ensure seamless coordination with all departments, including PR agencies, retail, security, stock, and import-export.
- Support major events such as Haute Joaillerie showcases, assisting in their organization and the personalized treatment of Very Important Clients (VICs).
- Aid in the implementation of cross-functional projects, including in-store activities, cocktails, and personalized customer experiences.
- Oversee daily logistics and coordinate with all service providers.
- Manage administrative aspects of projects, including budget tracking, invoice processing, contract management, and maintaining the press contact database.
- Prepare pre- and post-event reports, collaborating with involved teams for press reviews and presentations.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (1st or 2nd year) in a business school, fashion school, or university with a focus on Marketing/Communication.
- At least 6 months of professional experience in a marketing or communication environment, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe InDesign is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Highly organized, meticulous, responsive, and determined.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
A minimum of 6 months of professional experience in marketing or communication, ideally within the luxury industry.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
