1. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for the Infor M3 ERP to end users, ensuring SLAs are met and communication is maintained throughout incident lifecycles.
2. Analyze, qualify and resolve incidents; track tickets and escalate to vendors or technical teams when necessary.
3. Design and implement corrective and preventive measures in partnership with business stakeholders, internal IT teams and the M3 vendor to preserve system stability and performance.
4. Write and maintain functional specifications and parameterisation dossiers; ensure all changes adhere to M3 standard and IT governance.
5. Manage a portfolio of change requests and evolutions: gather and challenge business requirements, configure changes, and coordinate testing, UAT and validations with stakeholders.
6. Drive user adoption by delivering deliverables, facilitating trainings or handovers, and supporting business teams during roll‑out.
7. Deliver regular reporting on project progress and RUN KPIs; propose continual improvements to processes, tooling and monitoring to reduce recurring incidents.

1. 3–5 years' experience in an application support or ERP consultant role, ideally focused on Infor M3.
2. Proven experience with M3 (Infor) modules for Supply Chain (procurement, logistics, inventory).
3. Familiarity with project management methodologies (V‑model/Waterfall and Agile).
4. Ability to translate and formalise business requirements into functional specifications and configurations.
5. Fluent English (spoken and written).
6. Strong organisational rigor, prioritisation skills, analytical mindset and problem‑solving ability.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation when collaborating with international business users and technical teams.

3–5 years in an ERP application support, ERP consulting or similar role with hands‑on experience on Infor M3 and supply‑chain processes.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent practical experience.
