- Oversee logistics performance KPIs, analyze deviations, and implement projects to enhance efficiency and resilience in market logistics.
- Develop and communicate strategies for KPIs such as on-time fulfillment, productivity, and inventory accuracy, ensuring action plans are executed.
- Ensure compliance with governmental and regulatory laws, maintaining customs declaration stability and optimizing shipping flows.
- Collaborate with the Regional Merchandising team to identify assortments and maximize sales opportunities, including annual forecasts and stock monitoring.
- Manage stock transfers within the region and coordinate special order requests for Jewelry and High Jewelry.
- Drive the development of global processes for maintenance and repair services, ensuring effective resolution of customer issues.
- Negotiate contracts with service and product suppliers to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Master's degree in logistics, preferably with experience in the luxury industry.
- Expertise in inventory and shipment management, including data-driven stock optimization and demand forecasting.
- Proficiency in vendor and partner governance, optimizing repair workflows and integrating damage reporting with inventory systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics dashboards and KPI tracking.
- Technical proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management tools.
Proven experience in logistics and operations within the luxury industry, with a focus on inventory optimization and shipment coordination.
Master's degree in logistics.
