1. Oversee logistics performance KPIs, analyze deviations, and implement projects to enhance efficiency and resilience in market logistics.
2. Develop and communicate strategies for KPIs such as on-time fulfillment, productivity, and inventory accuracy, ensuring action plans are executed.
3. Ensure compliance with governmental and regulatory laws, maintaining customs declaration stability and optimizing shipping flows.
4. Collaborate with the Regional Merchandising team to identify assortments and maximize sales opportunities, including annual forecasts and stock monitoring.
5. Manage stock transfers within the region and coordinate special order requests for Jewelry and High Jewelry.
6. Drive the development of global processes for maintenance and repair services, ensuring effective resolution of customer issues.
7. Negotiate contracts with service and product suppliers to maintain high levels of customer service.

1. Master's degree in logistics, preferably with experience in the luxury industry.

1. Expertise in inventory and shipment management, including data-driven stock optimization and demand forecasting.
2. Proficiency in vendor and partner governance, optimizing repair workflows and integrating damage reporting with inventory systems.
3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics dashboards and KPI tracking.
4. Technical proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management tools.

Proven experience in logistics and operations within the luxury industry, with a focus on inventory optimization and shipment coordination.

Master's degree in logistics.
