1. Ensure data reliability for new product developments by initiating specifications from marketing briefs and assisting project managers in compiling necessary information for supplier workshops.
2. Inspect prototypes and initial pieces to draft prototype sheets, including photography, measurements, and component references.
3. Validate technical sheets in collaboration with development, expert, methods, quality, and after-sales services.
4. Integrate new product data into the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
5. Support project management with ad-hoc tasks as needed by development project managers.
6. Assist the PLM Development Key User in deploying new PLM functionalities and act as a liaison within the department.
7. Report operational needs and tool issues to the IT team and monitor their resolution.
8. Propose improvements or new tools to enhance team efficiency.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school with a generalist profile.
2. Comfortable with IT tools and technical data entry.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
4. Demonstrates rigor, organization, and autonomy.
5. Strong interest in the jewelry industry.
