1. Deliver exemplary, personalized service to internal and external clients while representing the maison’s values and heritage.
2. Promote and communicate product and brand information to clients, guiding them through the buying journey from discovery to after-sales care.
3. Manage daily store operations efficiently and implement plans to achieve sales targets and KPI objectives.
4. Adhere to company sales procedures, visual merchandising and loss-prevention protocols to protect revenue and brand image.
5. Maintain up-to-date market and product knowledge to advise clients on styles, materials and trends.
6. Foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients, contributing to a cooperative and respectful boutique atmosphere.

1. Prior experience with a luxury jewelry or watch brand preferred; experience in high-end retail advantageous.
2. Open to both experienced candidates and motivated entry-level applicants.
