1. Coordinate and oversee CRM-related projects within the IT department, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while managing risks and facilitating change management.
2. Engage in business needs assessment, collaborating with key stakeholders to propose standard-based solutions.
3. Manage a portfolio of projects and enhancements, prioritizing tasks in alignment with key user requirements.
4. Configure and develop CDP enhancements, ensuring compliance with established standards.
5. Coordinate testing and deliverable reviews with business stakeholders.
6. Lead change management and training initiatives.
7. Ensure integration and documentation adhere to IT department standards for operational efficiency.
8. Provide expertise in resolving incidents not addressed by first or second-level support.
9. Propose and lead initiatives to maintain solution quality and performance.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from an engineering school or university.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in Clienteling and/or CRM solutions within the international luxury sector (excluding Salesforce).
3. Development skills to actively contribute to solution design and evolution.
4. Strong organizational and planning skills with a focus on continuous improvement and change management.
5. Autonomous decision-making capabilities and a collaborative team spirit.
