1. Oversee all IT operations and production activities to ensure service quality and security align with organizational expectations.
2. Ensure optimal functioning of production units through effective planning, organization, and adherence to standards.
3. Safeguard the availability, security, integrity, and regulatory compliance of Boucheron's information systems and data.
4. Develop procedures and IT processes to enhance system performance.
5. Implement data backup strategies and security protocols to ensure optimal system functionality and data protection.
6. Define procedures for preventive and corrective maintenance of information systems.
7. Stay abreast of technological advancements to propose relevant technological evolutions.
8. Educate employees on cybersecurity and related practices.
9. Administer and integrate IT solutions, ensuring their deployment and maintenance.
10. Supervise and monitor IT systems, ensuring their industrialization and documentation.
11. Manage technical migrations and ensure IT system compliance.
12. Play an active role in IT security management.
13. Communicate effectively with users during disruptions and ensure the dissemination of necessary information.
14. Propose technical and economic solutions to maintain production capabilities and anticipate technological impacts.
15. Monitor security indicators and manage security-related projects, including infrastructure security initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in systems such as Windows, Linux RHEL, IBMi-AS400, ADDS, O365, Azure, AWS, Alibaba, GCP.
3. Experience with ERP systems like Infor M3, Cegid Y2, and Neofugu.
4. Strong understanding of M3 environments (DEV, VAL, PRD) and user role management.
5. Knowledge of satellite development tools for M3 (MEC, ION, API, SQL).
6. Familiarity with data exchange formats (CSV, XML, IDOC, API REST/SOAP).
7. Experience in lifecycle management, including patching and access management.
8. Proficiency in scripting and process automation for Windows/Linux/AS400.
9. Experience with monitoring tools such as NAGIOS CENTREON.
10. Asset management skills with tools like SCCM, Airwatch, JAMF.
11. Experience in vulnerability management, security assessment, and pentesting.
12. Project management skills, including Agile methodologies and change management.
13. Budget management experience.
14. Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
15. Fluency in English for international collaboration.
16. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

4. AI solution implementation.
5. Network administration knowledge is a plus.
6. Strong communication and organizational skills.

A minimum of five years of experience in IT operations and security management, preferably within the luxury fashion or jewelry industry.

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
