Responsibilities
- Translate the Global Product Marketing Strategy into operational reality.
- Coordinate 360 strategic and tactical projects of the Maison.
- Lead product selections for 360 activations aligned with Global Marketing Strategy, considering local specificities.
- Initiate reports for different projects to evaluate performance and encourage best practices sharing.
- Lead key marketing platforms such as WW Product Seminar and International Marketing Day.
- Support business in EMEA, APAC, and Japan, especially during key moments.
- Lead and drive 360 Activations Plans with internal teams to meet customer expectations and brand objectives.
- Support and follow-up additional tactical projects to support business opportunities and secure brand positioning.
- Coordinate the work of internal teams, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Analyze the relevance of operations to learn best lessons.
- Analyze project effectiveness and encourage best practice sharing across regions.
- Follow-up KPIs defined by top management and develop reporting to determine project performance.
- Lead the WW Product Seminar organization and prepare content.
- Organize International Marketing Day in alignment with Product Marketing Teams.
- Ensure implementation of product strategy in strategic/tactical projects.
- Define WW Calendar according to priority markets and brand/business objectives.
- Provide operational support to Regions and facilitate meetings with local teams.
- Encourage transversality and partner with markets to identify local marketing opportunities.
- Ensure regular communication with markets to increase responsiveness between Central and Regions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and coordination or similar role.
