Boucheron International Operational Marketing Project Manager

- Translate the Global Product Marketing Strategy into actionable operational plans.
- Coordinate 360-degree strategic and tactical projects across the Maison.
- Lead product selections for 360 activations, aligning with the Global Marketing Strategy and considering local market nuances.
- Initiate and manage reports to evaluate project performance based on defined KPIs, fostering the sharing of best practices.
- Organize and lead key marketing platforms such as the Worldwide Product Seminar and International Marketing Day.
- Support business operations in EMEA, APAC, and Japan during critical periods.
- Drive 360 Activation Plans with internal teams to meet customer expectations and brand objectives.
- Support additional tactical projects to capitalize on business opportunities and maintain brand positioning.
- Coordinate internal team efforts to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
- Analyze the effectiveness of operations to derive actionable insights.
- Organize the Worldwide Product Seminar and prepare content in anticipation of the event.
- Ensure the implementation of product strategy in strategic and tactical projects.
- Define a Worldwide Calendar to align with priority markets and brand objectives.
- Provide operational support to regional teams and facilitate meetings with local teams.
- Encourage collaboration with markets to identify local marketing opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with markets to enhance responsiveness between Central and Regional teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and coordination or a similar role.
- Proven sense of management, coordination, and organization.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability and responsiveness in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in office tools.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of five years in project management and coordination within a similar role is required.
