Boucheron International Merchandising Analyst Coordinator

- Conduct and optimize regular performance reports (weekly/monthly) on sales and stock by product line, collection, market, boutique, price levels, and sales channels.
- Monitor the performance of product launches and store openings.
- Perform ad hoc analyses for the marketing committee and CEO.
- Participate in assortment reviews, openings, and launches to optimize performance.
- Integrate assortments into Anaplan.
- Communicate with regional merchandisers to enforce guidelines and support their requests.
- Collect and consolidate qualitative market feedback.
- Assist in organizing semi-annual staff sales.
- Continuously improve merchandising tools such as PowerBI and Anaplan.
- Enrollment in a Bac +4/5 program in business school, engineering school, or equivalent academic institution.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Anaplan and/or Power BI is advantageous.
- Interest in the luxury sector, particularly in jewelry and watchmaking.
Previous experience as a product manager, merchandiser, or business analyst is highly valued.
Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 in business or engineering.
