Boucheron International CRM Activation Assistant
Boucheron is a historic Parisian maison renowned for high jewellery, haute joaillerie and watchmaking, with an iconic presence on Place Vendôme. The brand combines artisanal savoir‑faire with a contemporary aesthetic and operates internationally across retail and client services.
- Support production and rollout of clienteling assets (e‑cards, greetings, Haute Joaillerie photo shoots): gather market requirements, coordinate with the graphic designer, publish assets for retail teams and maintain the content management database.
- Contribute to gifting programmes and provide operational support for VIC Care: collect market requests, track orders, coordinate production and logistics with Visual Merchandising, consolidate client listings and liaise with external suppliers.
- Manage international VIC Care initiatives: handle market requests and coordinate with the Place Vendôme flagship and other partners for bespoke client treatments.
- Participate in marketing campaign planning and analysis: help build the annual roadmap, monitor international and local campaigns/activations, consolidate post‑campaign best practices and update reporting tools.
- Track campaign performance across email, SMS and MMS channels: analyse KPIs and contribute to ROI calculations for international CRM projects.
- Coordinate with regional markets: support local strategy development, draft CRM guidelines and processes, manage market tool needs for clienteling and gifting, perform regular benchmarks and share best practices between regions.
- Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Business, Luxury Management or equivalent.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- First professional experience or internship in CRM or marketing is strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability; experience with campaign KPI tracking and basic ROI analysis.
- Interest in the luxury sector; rigorous, organized, curious and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.

Ideally one prior internship or first professional experience in CRM or marketing, preferably within luxury retail or client‑centric functions. Experience coordinating multi‑market operations and supplier relationships is an advantage.
Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Business, Luxury Management or related field.
