1. Serve as the liaison for the sales team regarding special order inquiries.
2. Assist markets in the special order process and track requests.
3. Monitor product development stages daily.
4. Update tracking tools for Special Orders.
5. Create quotations for Special Orders.
6. Coordinate with the Stones department.
7. Draft creative briefs for the studio.
8. Organize photo shoots for newly produced pieces.
9. Prepare sales tools (cases, certificates, gouaches) and oversee order deliveries.
10. Provide operational support to the Marketing team, including sales analysis and product presentation assistance.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent program (Bachelor's +4/5), in a gap year or final year of study.
2. A minimum of 6 months' experience in the jewelry industry is preferred.
