- Define and implement the global industrial strategy in alignment with the company's growth and transformation objectives.
- Lead and structure the industrial teams, including internal workshops, product development, quality, and after-sales service.
- Develop and execute the Buy or Make strategy, considering partial vertical integration.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Artistic, and Supply Chain departments to ensure cohesive operations.
- Establish and monitor industrial KPIs, implementing tools for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the development of new jewelry and watchmaking products, ensuring alignment between design, development, and production.
- Strengthen quality assurance systems and utilize feedback to enhance products and processes.
- Define and manage the strategy for industrial information systems, ensuring coherence between digital tools and industrial processes.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in industrial management within demanding environments.
- Expertise in product development and management of outsourced production.
- Experience in the luxury sector, particularly in jewelry, watchmaking, or leather goods.
- Proven track record in change management and organizational structuring.
- Hands-on experience in leading operational projects.
- Strong leadership with the ability to unite and motivate teams.
- Strategic vision and organizational acumen.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
