1. Define and implement the global industrial strategy in alignment with the company's growth and transformation objectives.
2. Lead and structure the industrial teams, including internal workshops, product development, quality, and after-sales service.
3. Develop and execute the Buy or Make strategy, considering partial vertical integration.
4. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Artistic, and Supply Chain departments to ensure cohesive operations.
5. Establish and monitor industrial KPIs, implementing tools for continuous improvement.
6. Oversee the development of new jewelry and watchmaking products, ensuring alignment between design, development, and production.
7. Strengthen quality assurance systems and utilize feedback to enhance products and processes.
8. Define and manage the strategy for industrial information systems, ensuring coherence between digital tools and industrial processes.

1. Proven experience (10+ years) in industrial management within demanding environments.
2. Expertise in product development and management of outsourced production.
3. Experience in the luxury sector, particularly in jewelry, watchmaking, or leather goods.
4. Proven track record in change management and organizational structuring.
5. Hands-on experience in leading operational projects.
