Boucheron Human Resources Apprentice (EMEA)

1. Support the HRBP and HR Director EMEA on an international scope across recruitment, onboarding and HR operations.
2. Coordinate hiring needs with managers for internships and junior roles; define candidate selection criteria and produce shortlists.
3. Source candidates using job boards and professional networks (LinkedIn, Fashionjob) and perform pre-qualification telephone interviews.
4. Organize and schedule interviews with the HRBP and hiring managers, and follow up through the recruitment lifecycle.
5. Prepare and coordinate new-hire onboarding: organise arrival logistics, manage internal integration processes and assist in contract/avenant preparation.
6. Contribute to regional HR projects and animations across EMEA and provide support on disciplinary and personnel-file matters.
7. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Workday) ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

1. Enrolled in or completed a Master's degree in Human Resources or a business school program with HR specialization.
2. At least one prior, substantive experience (internship or initial role) in HR development or recruitment.
3. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken — essential for an international remit.
4. Highly organized, proactive, rigorous and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
5. Strong communication and analytical abilities.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Workday or other HRIS is expected or advantageous.

A first completed experience in HR development or recruitment is required — typically one solid internship or an initial professional placement demonstrating hands-on recruitment and/or HR operations exposure.

Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent business school diploma with a specialization in HR.
