- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's Health and Safety (HSE) policy to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
- Define and execute internal HSE audit plans and support resulting action plans.
- Promote HSE policies through awareness and training initiatives for all staff, focusing on risk prevention.
- Conduct regulatory monitoring to anticipate sector changes and adapt HSE policies accordingly.
- Implement workplace health and safety policies in collaboration with the HR Department across non-retail Parisian sites, ensuring compliance with labor standards.
- Update the Single Document for Risk Assessment (DUERP) by identifying and evaluating occupational risks and proposing corrective actions.
- Update regulatory HSE signage related to chemicals and machinery, and advise management on personal protective equipment (PPE) selection.
- Support the management of site operations, including overseeing service provider interventions, project reporting, and contract management.
- Participate in digitalization projects and draft operational procedures.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HSE or a related field.
- Proficient in French and English.
- Comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders, including colleagues and suppliers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on technical and operational challenges.
- Ability to manage unexpected situations inherent in project management.
- Proactive and curious, with a capacity for strategic thinking and adaptability.
- Team-oriented with a spirit of collaboration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
No specific experience required, but familiarity with HSE practices and project management is advantageous.
Master's degree in progress in HSE or related field.
