1. Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's Health and Safety (HSE) policy to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
2. Define and execute internal HSE audit plans and support resulting action plans.
3. Promote HSE policies through awareness and training initiatives for all staff, focusing on risk prevention.
4. Conduct regulatory monitoring to anticipate sector changes and adapt HSE policies accordingly.
5. Implement workplace health and safety policies in collaboration with the HR Department across non-retail Parisian sites, ensuring compliance with labor standards.
6. Update the Single Document for Risk Assessment (DUERP) by identifying and evaluating occupational risks and proposing corrective actions.
7. Update regulatory HSE signage related to chemicals and machinery, and advise management on personal protective equipment (PPE) selection.
8. Support the management of site operations, including overseeing service provider interventions, project reporting, and contract management.
9. Participate in digitalization projects and draft operational procedures.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HSE or a related field.
2. Proficient in French and English.
3. Comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders, including colleagues and suppliers.

1. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on technical and operational challenges.
2. Ability to manage unexpected situations inherent in project management.
3. Proactive and curious, with a capacity for strategic thinking and adaptability.
4. Team-oriented with a spirit of collaboration.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

No specific experience required, but familiarity with HSE practices and project management is advantageous.

Master's degree in progress in HSE or related field.
