1. Assist in defining, implementing, and managing the company's Health and Safety (HSE) policy to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
2. Develop internal audit plans for HSE and support the resulting action plans.
3. Promote the HSE policy across the organization through awareness campaigns and training, focusing on risk prevention.
4. Conduct regulatory monitoring to anticipate sector changes and adapt the HSE policy accordingly.
5. Identify and implement a management tool for the Risk Assessment Document (DUERP) in collaboration with the HR department.
6. Evaluate and update professional risk assessments and propose corrective and preventive actions.
7. Update regulatory HSE displays and manage the selection and monitoring of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
8. Oversee the maintenance of equipment and propose improvements for better working conditions.
9. Manage and track office space redevelopment projects, including BREEAM certification and Tertiary Decree projects.
10. Supervise service contracts for cleaning, reception, and maintenance.
11. Prepare and present projects to staff representatives and management.
12. Participate in the digitalization project and draft operational procedures.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HSE or a related field.
2. Comfortable communicating with various stakeholders, including colleagues and suppliers.
3. Proficient in addressing technical and operational challenges.
4. Adaptable and proactive with a keen interest in project management.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT skills.
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

No prior experience required, but a background in HSE or related fields is preferred.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HSE or related fields.
