1. Assist in defining, implementing, and managing the company's Health and Safety (HSE) policy to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
2. Develop internal HSE audit plans and support the resulting action plans.
3. Promote the HSE policy through awareness and training programs for all staff, focusing on risk prevention.
4. Conduct regulatory monitoring to anticipate industry changes and adapt the HSE policy accordingly.
5. Identify and implement a management tool for the Single Document for Risk Assessment (DUERP) in collaboration with HR.
6. Evaluate professional risks associated with various activities and update the DUERP.
7. Propose corrective and preventive actions to mitigate identified risks.
8. Raise awareness among staff about workplace health and safety culture through internal communication campaigns.
9. Update regulatory HSE displays and manage chemical/machine safety documentation.
10. Select and monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
11. Formalize equipment maintenance tracking and propose improvements for better working conditions.
12. Oversee office space redesign projects, including BREEAM certification and Tertiary Decree projects.
13. Manage site operations, including service provider interventions and maintenance.
14. Oversee service contracts (cleaning, reception, maintenance) and present projects to staff representatives and management.
15. Conduct environmental reporting and manage the vehicle fleet.
16. Participate in digitalization projects and draft operational procedures.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HSE or a related field.
2. Comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders (employees, suppliers).
3. Proficient in handling technical and operational challenges.
4. Adaptable to project management unpredictability.
5. Proactive and curious with a strategic perspective.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT tools.
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with HSE principles is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HSE or a related field.
