1. Ensure timely and accurate placement of high jewelry pieces for client appointments, events, and photo shoots.
2. Manage data entry for piece movements, including boutique assortments and market transfers, in coordination with internal teams.
3. Provide technical support to boutiques and partners.
4. Handle administrative tasks related to customs specifications, such as ATA carnets and temporary exports.
5. Ensure adherence to procedures, including quality control checks before sales.
6. Coordinate piece movements with logistics, quality, and marketing teams.
7. Regularize sales of consigned pieces.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, and familiarity with M3.
2. Fluency in English.
