- Ensure timely and accurate placement of high jewelry pieces for client appointments, events, and photo shoots.
- Manage data entry for piece movements, including boutique assortments and market transfers, in coordination with internal teams.
- Provide technical support to boutiques and partners.
- Handle administrative tasks related to customs specifications, such as ATA carnets and temporary exports.
- Ensure adherence to procedures, including quality control checks before sales.
- Coordinate piece movements with logistics, quality, and marketing teams.
- Regularize sales of consigned pieces.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, and familiarity with M3.
- Fluency in English.
