1. Provide personalized client treatments in alignment with the brand's image.
2. Identify and document the needs and requests of the European zone.
3. Ensure operational follow-up for seamless client treatment execution.
4. Brief and coordinate with concierge services and external providers.
5. Compile qualitative and quantitative reports on VIC Care operations.
6. Monitor and manage the budget for operations, including invoice processing.
7. Implement the event animation plan for the region.
8. Organize and manage events such as cocktails, dinners, and in-store activations.
9. Support major brand events like the Cannes Film Festival and Haute Joaillerie events.
10. Ensure daily logistical follow-up for events.
11. Compile qualitative and quantitative reports on events.
12. Monitor and manage the budget for events, including invoice processing.

1. Master's degree in Marketing or Communication from a Business School or University.
2. Previous experience in the luxury sector, ideally in event management or coordination with retail teams, internal services, and providers.
