- Provide personalized client treatments in alignment with the brand's image.
- Identify and document the needs and requests of the European region.
- Ensure operational follow-up for seamless client treatment execution.
- Brief and maintain contact with the concierge relay for preparation and follow-up.
- Coordinate various service providers involved in client treatment.
- Compile qualitative and quantitative reports on VIC Care operations.
- Monitor the budget for operations, including invoice processing.
- Implement the event animation plan for the region.
- Organize cocktails, dinners, and in-store activations with service providers.
- Support major events such as the Cannes Film Festival and Haute Joaillerie events, ensuring personalized client experiences.
- Manage daily logistical follow-up for events.
- Produce qualitative and quantitative reports on events.
- Oversee the budget for events, including invoice processing.
- Master's degree in Marketing or Communication from a Business School or University.
- Previous experience in the luxury sector, preferably in event management or coordination with retail teams, internal services, and providers.
- Strong organizational and meticulous approach to managing multiple projects.
- Business and service-oriented with a keen eye for detail and excellence.
- Proactive, creative, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in data processing and interpretation.
- Fluent in English; a third language is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Adobe InDesign is appreciated.
Previous experience in the luxury industry, ideally in event management or coordination roles, is required.
Master's degree in Marketing or Communication.
