1. Design and implement comprehensive development and training plans for all employees.
2. Enhance employer branding by creating engaging content such as employee testimonials, video interviews, and internal articles.
3. Optimize content for various social media platforms and career pages to attract potential candidates and engage current employees.
4. Participate in initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, including internal surveys, communication campaigns, and global HR events.
5. Assist in organizing and monitoring annual performance and talent review campaigns in collaboration with HR Managers.
6. Oversee the digital onboarding process, analyze global indicators, and propose action plans.
7. Develop and implement new processes to address internal client needs, including regular analysis, data reporting, and internal mobility strategies.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Management.
2. Previous experience in project management, communication, or HR development is preferred.

1. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team, with a service-oriented mindset and creativity.

A first experience in project management, communication, or HR development is appreciated.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
