- Lead procurement for finished products with a focus on machining, fittings, components, and second-tier subcontracting in the jewelry, fine jewelry, and watchmaking segments.
- Define and manage the supplier panel comprehensively.
- Negotiate and finalize purchases of all products or services necessary for production, ensuring optimal quality, price, and delivery conditions.
- Ensure supplier performance across all dimensions, acting as the Supplier Performance Manager (SPM).
- Manage complete supplier relationships (SRM) concerning contracts, pricing, compliance, CSR, and performance.
- Optimize production costs through value analysis, systematic competition, and economies of scale for both existing and new products.
- Define production capacity needs based on short, medium, and long-term production forecasts.
- Oversee projects related to the evolution of existing manufacturers' capacities and the initiation of new manufacturers.
- Co-define with the industrial management the allocation of new products to manufacturers and implement necessary measures for the seamless integration of new references into the supply chain.
- Develop and implement a diversification strategy (multi-sourcing) and manage resulting projects.
- Define the strategy for building strategic stockpiles of components or semi-finished goods.
- Lead projects to resolve issues impacting Supplier On-Time Delivery (SOTD).
- Define and lead internal and external projects aimed at improving supplier performance.
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of specialized procurement experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management within a supply chain or managing a panel of manufacturers.
- Team spirit, organization, initiative, autonomy, and assertiveness.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in English.
Minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in project management within a supply chain or managing a panel of manufacturers.
Bachelor's degree in a related field with a specialization in procurement.
