1. Oversee the procurement of finished products, focusing on castings, pavé stones, and colored stones for the Jewelry, Fine Jewelry, and Watchmaking segments.
2. Define and manage the supplier panel comprehensively.
3. Negotiate and finalize purchases of all products or services necessary for production, ensuring optimal quality, price, and delivery conditions.
4. Ensure supplier performance management (SPM).
5. Manage complete supplier relationships (SRM) concerning contracts, pricing, compliance, CSR, and performance.
6. Optimize production costs through value analysis, systematic competition, and economies of scale for both existing and new products.
7. Manage production capacities by defining needs based on short, medium, and long-term production forecasts (PIC).
8. Secure and streamline supply by defining and implementing a multi-sourcing strategy and strategic stock constitution.
9. Lead projects to improve upstream supply chain performance, both internally and with external manufacturers.

1. Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience with a specialization in Procurement

A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in project management within a supply chain or managing a panel of manufacturers.
