- Assist the Flagship Director in managing store operations and achieving business goals.
- Supervise sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Implement strategic action plans to meet sales targets and profit and loss objectives.
- Maintain the store atmosphere to reflect the Maison's image.
- Promote the Maison's culture and values both internally and externally.
- Engage in proactive CRM to drive client acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Support the sales team in organizing VIP care treatments and managing prestige events.
- Manage and develop the sales team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Boucheron's security and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with headquarters and other departments to implement action plans.
- Strong commercial drive with a results-oriented mindset.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Experienced leader with 3 to 5 years in store or team management.
