1. Manage the prospect customer relationship management (PCRM) ecosystem.
2. Define and develop client strategies to enhance engagement, transformation, and retention.
3. Partner with IT to oversee the implementation and optimization of the CRM ecosystem.
4. Develop retail tools to support data capture and clienteling.
5. Collect feedback from markets and conduct benchmarks to determine and prioritize roadmap.
6. Develop training material to ensure understanding and adoption.
7. Develop equivalent system in China Mainland adapting to local needs.
8. Develop and execute client engagement strategies to increase transformation and retention.
9. Define activation and contact strategy through campaigns/different channels/journeys through Salesforce.
10. Develop VIC care guidelines for in-store events/animations and gifting.
11. Ensure data quality of the database and analytics tools.
12. Conduct in-depth analysis of client data and engagement metrics to derive actionable insights.
13. Present findings and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
14. Partner with legal and IT teams to ensure CRM practices comply with data privacy regulations.
15. Manage and develop a team of 5 people and coordinate the community of CRM teams in different countries.

1. Proven experience in CRM management and client development (minimum 10 years), preferably in luxury and/or jewelry in a global context.
2. Experience with the Asian market.
3. Strong project management skills and experience.
4. Ability to understand and express business needs to IT.
5. Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, CDP).
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute client engagement initiatives successfully.
8. Team management experience.
9. Strong organizational skills, structured with attention to detail.
10. Fluent in English; French is a plus.
