Boucheron CRM and Client Development Manager

- Oversee the implementation and optimization of the CRM ecosystem in collaboration with IT.
- Develop retail tools to support data capture and clienteling.
- Collect market feedback and conduct benchmarks to prioritize the CRM roadmap.
- Create training materials to ensure CRM system adoption.
- Adapt CRM systems to meet local needs in China Mainland.
- Execute client engagement strategies to enhance transformation and retention.
- Define activation and contact strategies through various channels using Salesforce.
- Develop VIC care guidelines for in-store events and gifting.
- Ensure data quality and conduct in-depth analysis of client data.
- Present data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure CRM practices comply with data privacy regulations.
- Manage and develop a team of five, coordinating CRM teams across countries.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in CRM management and client development, preferably in luxury or jewelry sectors.
- Experience in a global context with a focus on the Asian market.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate business needs to IT.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce and CDP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in strategizing and executing client engagement initiatives.
- Experience in team management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
