- Serve as the primary HR contact for interns and apprentices at the headquarters.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to develop job descriptions.
- Draft and publish job postings on various platforms including internal boards and LinkedIn.
- Gather recruitment needs from managers.
- Manage the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including conducting interviews and compiling interview reports.
- Oversee the onboarding process for corporate employees, including system integration and orientation.
- Facilitate and nurture the intern and apprentice community within the company.
- Assist in onboarding sessions.
- Propose continuous improvements for HR processes and tools.
- Monitor and update HR management systems, specifically Workday.
- Manage the tracking and follow-up of probationary periods.
- Handle internal HR communications, such as announcing new hires.
- Support the preparation of contractual documents and administrative follow-up for interns and apprentices, including liaising with educational institutions.
- Participate in HR project tracking.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources or Occupational Psychology.
- Previous experience in HR development or recruitment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in the luxury sector.
Previous experience in HR development or recruitment is preferred, though not mandatory.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources or Occupational Psychology.
