1. Serve as the primary HR contact for interns and apprentices at the headquarters.
2. Collaborate with departmental managers to develop job descriptions.
3. Draft and publish job postings on various platforms including internal boards and LinkedIn.
4. Gather recruitment needs from managers.
5. Manage the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including conducting interviews and compiling interview reports.
6. Oversee the onboarding process for corporate employees, including system integration and orientation.
7. Facilitate and nurture the intern and apprentice community within the company.
8. Assist in onboarding sessions.
9. Propose continuous improvements for HR processes and tools.
10. Monitor and update HR management systems, specifically Workday.
11. Manage the tracking and follow-up of probationary periods.
12. Handle internal HR communications, such as announcing new hires.
13. Support the preparation of contractual documents and administrative follow-up for interns and apprentices, including liaising with educational institutions.
14. Participate in HR project tracking.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources or Occupational Psychology.
2. Previous experience in HR development or recruitment is preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
5. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
