1. Conduct comprehensive analyses of client and prospect data using CRM systems to fulfill both regular and ad hoc operational requirements.
2. Develop, maintain, and update automated and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
3. Execute data extractions and queries utilizing SQL or BigQuery at a querying level.
4. Participate in data visualization projects by contributing to specifications, development oversight, and user acceptance testing phases.
5. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data utilized in analyses and reporting.
6. Organize and format data to produce clear and actionable outputs, including Excel files and PowerPoint presentations.
7. Assist in the monitoring and reporting of CRM and client engagement key performance indicators.
8. Provide operational support to internal stakeholders and regional teams regarding existing reports and analyses.

1. 2 to 3 years of experience in data analysis or business analysis, or a junior profile with initial relevant experience.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and data structuring.
2. Ability to perform data queries using SQL or BigQuery.
3. Experience in business-side data visualization projects, including specifications and coordination.
4. Knowledge of Microstrategy and/or Power BI is advantageous.
5. Strong skills in data formatting and presentation preparation using PowerPoint.
6. Detail-oriented with a high degree of reliability and rigor.
7. Proficiency in English, with French language skills being an asset.

2 to 3 years in data analysis or business analysis, or equivalent junior experience.
