- Conduct comprehensive analyses of client and prospect data using CRM systems to fulfill both regular and ad hoc operational requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and update automated and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
- Execute data extractions and queries utilizing SQL or BigQuery at a querying level.
- Participate in data visualization projects by contributing to specifications, development oversight, and user acceptance testing phases.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data utilized in analyses and reporting.
- Organize and format data to produce clear and actionable outputs, including Excel files and PowerPoint presentations.
- Assist in the monitoring and reporting of CRM and client engagement key performance indicators.
- Provide operational support to internal stakeholders and regional teams regarding existing reports and analyses.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in data analysis or business analysis, or a junior profile with initial relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and data structuring.
- Ability to perform data queries using SQL or BigQuery.
- Experience in business-side data visualization projects, including specifications and coordination.
- Knowledge of Microstrategy and/or Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong skills in data formatting and presentation preparation using PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of reliability and rigor.
- Proficiency in English, with French language skills being an asset.
2 to 3 years in data analysis or business analysis, or equivalent junior experience.
