Boucheron Assistant Training Manager

- Design and facilitate comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff, focusing on onboarding, product knowledge, client service excellence, and boutique management.
- Support training for new boutique openings, events, and strategic training initiatives.
- Conduct on-site coaching on selling service and knowledge application based on follow-up guidelines, monthly focuses, and mystery shopper results.
- Monitor and support boutique managers and in-boutique trainers to achieve monthly training targets and follow up on key action plans.
- Manage the localization and production of content for New Ambassador programs, novelties, monthly learning projects, selling and service, and management topics.
- Coordinate and deliver refresher training sessions such as coaching and workshops on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis.
- Oversee the execution of HQ-led e-learning initiatives, including translation, proofreading, and driving completion rates.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and performance outcomes.
- Plan the local annual learning calendar aligned with the direction of the Retail Excellence Manager.
- Track and follow up on training-related expenses under the guidance of the Retail Excellence Manager.
- Maintain and update training records and staff performance.
- Carry out additional tasks based on business needs and specific requests.
- Proven experience in training and development within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and client service excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and content localization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a training role within the luxury retail industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
