1. Process general expenses invoices using Docuware, including paper and scanned formats.
2. Ensure compliance with current accounting standards.
3. Verify correct VAT coding on invoices.
4. Adhere to payment deadlines to ensure timely payments.
5. Guarantee comprehensive accounting of invoices.
6. Ensure accurate accounting of invoices including supplier, currency, amounts, and accounting allocation.
7. Manage supplier account follow-ups.
8. Daily processing of invoices across three entities.
9. Handle invoicing through Docuware.
10. Verify allocations for accounting submission.
11. Assign invoices to signatories.
12. Monitor invoice validation flow in the system.
13. Retrieve invoices from various portals and integrate them into Docuware.
14. Manage supplier follow-ups for general expenses.
15. Respond to inquiries from suppliers and colleagues.
16. Reconcile supplier account statements to verify invoice completeness.
17. Handle follow-ups and manage various email accounts.
18. Communicate with suppliers to request missing invoices/credits for account reconciliation.
19. Analyze supplier balances.
20. Retrieve and reconcile monthly debit notes in M3 accounting software.
21. Follow up with colleagues via email for delayed validations in Docuware.
22. Submit AGESSA declarations.
