- Support the definition of the collection merchandising strategy for Women's Ready-To-Wear & Jewellery.
- Build the collection plan, define the structure of the offer, and collaborate with product teams during collection development.
- Conduct benchmark and competitor analysis, staying informed on industry trends and news.
- Define pricing architecture to achieve margin targets and ensure collection consistency with carry-over and competitors.
- Perform weekly and monthly sales analysis and create visual reports for design and product development teams.
- Collaborate with production teams on pre-order strategy, follow-up on deliveries, and normalization fittings.
- Manage sales campaign activities, including collection file, look list, digital selling tool preparation, and sample management.
- Prepare and conduct training activities, from showroom to in-store seasonal collection training, explaining collection inspiration and strategy.
- Work with retail merchandising teams to provide continuous market feedback and identify specific opportunities and trends.
- Assist the VM and Architecture team during showroom activities and in anticipation of collection delivery in stores.
- 3-5 years of merchandising experience with an established luxury brand.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
- Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
3-5 years of merchandising experience in a luxury brand environment.
