1. Conduct extensive creative research and source materials and components for leather goods.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Leather Goods Design team, Product Development team, Atelier, and Merchandising to develop successful collections.
3. Work closely with design team members to create cohesive collections within set deadlines.
4. Collaborate with technical teams on all aspects of fit.
5. Oversee design boards, ensuring timely completion and adherence to calendar deadlines.
6. Create and deliver product presentations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of design experience in leather goods.
2. Degree from a Fashion Design School.
3. Technical knowledge of leather goods design and product development processes.

1. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Exceptional presentation skills.
5. High level of taste and brand awareness.
6. Strong sense of color and materials.
7. Proficient sketching skills.
8. Attention to detail and rigor.
9. Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.

A minimum of three years of design experience in leather goods is required.

Degree from a Fashion Design School.
