- Conduct comprehensive iconographic and material research to inform design processes.
- Design original concepts, shapes, and volumes, translating them into impactful design proposals.
- Produce high-quality sketches, digital renderings, and presentations utilizing Procreate, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Support the full development cycle from initial ideas to prototype reviews.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain up-to-date design boards in alignment with calendar milestones.
- Collaborate closely with the Footwear Design team to build coherent seasonal narratives and collections.
- Work with Product Development, Merchandising, and Technical teams to ensure feasibility, construction quality, and alignment with brand identity.
- 5-6 years of experience in footwear design within luxury, contemporary, or high-end sportswear sectors.
- Fluency in English and Italian; French is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Procreate, Photoshop, and Illustrator; experience with mock-ups or 3D tools is a plus.
- Deep understanding of footwear construction with a keen eye for detail and proportion.
- Creative and rigorous with the ability to work autonomously within demanding schedules.
- Curious, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to the excellence of Italian craftsmanship.
A minimum of 5-6 years in footwear design, specifically within luxury, contemporary, or high-end sportswear.
